Had a great time with friends! The rooms were clean and updated, and we loved visiting the nearby parks and checking out some local restaurants. The staff was super friendly, making check-in a breeze. Don't miss the nice dinner options in the hotel restaurant!

Only downside was some noise from kids in the room above us that made it a bit hard to relax.

An Unexpected Recovery

I felt a surge of relief when Alison, the remarkable front desk staff, personally searched for my lost tablet.

Unfortunately, the doors slammed so loud throughout the night that I barely slept. It felt like a symphony of disturbances constantly echoing down the hall.

This hotel suits me perfectly with great amenities like free internet access, a fitness center, and a cozy bar/lounge area. The staff was amazing during my first stay, helping me with dinner recommendations. Highly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness of my room, which made moving around very comfortable. The hotel was also very clean, and the staff were welcoming, which made my stay quite pleasant overall.

More accessible bathroom features would enhance comfort.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way, like when I had a question about breakfast and they personally ensured I got the right info, unlike the front desk who gave incorrect details.

The room doors are a major nuisance. They slam shut loudly, creating a disturbance any time someone comes or goes, which can keep you awake all night. The air conditioning system needs an upgrade-it's loud and inefficient, affecting sleep quality. On top of that, the breakfast seemed overpriced for what was offered, lacking variety and quality in comparison to similar hotels. The whirlpool was not only dirty but also out of service, which is frustrating if you're looking forward to relaxing after a long day.

The indoor pool was great fun, but the whirlpool tub didn’t work during my stay.

My stay was nothing short of a disaster. The hot tub jets were broken, and there were no towels available in the pool area. To top it off, my room was unbearably hot. Even after adjusting the thermostat and opening the window, I couldn't find any comfort during my stay. It was unacceptable, especially considering the high prices for the amenities.

We stayed for a night during my daughter's volleyball tournament and loved the indoor pool and the cozy lounge area, perfect for relaxing. The room was comfy, but we were disappointed the restaurant wasn't open during the weekend, which made finding meals a bit tricky. Overall, I’d recommend checking in early to enjoy all the amenities! 😊

I had the best stay here! Lydia at front desk was awesome, she really went the extra mile to get us a quiet room since we needed it for family reasons. Plus, the restaurant is solid with tasty options. Just wish the check-in was a bit quicker, but everything else was on point!
